Short version: this website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. The only personal data Eagle Creative receives is what you choose to send by email, plus standard server logs.

Who is responsible

Eagle Creative, Gastelseweg 41, 4702 SZ Roosendaal, the Netherlands (KVK 93204116) is the controller for the personal data described here. Questions about privacy can be sent to info@eagle-creative.com.

What this website does not do

  • It sets no cookies and uses no local storage for tracking.
  • It uses no analytics, advertising or social-media trackers.
  • It loads no third-party content: fonts, images, videos and scripts are all served from this website itself.
  • The contact form does not send or store anything. It only opens your own email app with a pre-written message.

Emails you send

When you email Eagle Creative, the message is received with your name, email address and anything else you include, such as your company or project details.

  • Purpose: to answer your question, discuss a possible project and, if we work together, to carry out that work.
  • Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement, or performing an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); otherwise the legitimate interest of answering correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Retention: correspondence that does not lead to a project is deleted when it is no longer needed, and at the latest after two years. Records that are part of the business administration are kept for the period Dutch tax law requires, generally seven years.

Server logs

Like almost every web server, the server hosting this website automatically logs technical data for each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page and browser information.

  • Purpose: keeping the website secure and working, for example to detect abuse or errors.
  • Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Retention: logs are deleted automatically after 14 days, unless they are needed longer to investigate a specific security incident.

Sharing

Personal data is not sold or shared for marketing. It is only processed by service providers needed to run this website and email, under appropriate agreements, or shared when the law requires it.

This website links to other sites, such as GitHub, Google Scholar, the Unity Asset Store and publishers' pages for the publications. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which apply once you visit them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive it in a portable format. Send your request to info@eagle-creative.com; you will get a response within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Security

The website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and access to email and server data is limited to Eagle Creative.

This statement may be updated when the website or the way it works changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
